2) 'Organ Matrix' ' is our Organic & Grass-Fed Organ Matrix is ​​made from selected organs from Nordic cattle, raised on free-range, regenerative pastures. The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process that preserves the nutrients in their natural and bioactive form ( 1 , 2 , 3 ). It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5 and B12), iron and copper – micronutrients that the body easily absorbs because they are found in their natural matrix, often bound to peptides and co-factors.
