Determined to harness the full potential of these ingredients, we invested in the best technology we could find—a South Korean masticating juicer that preserved the nutrients and flavors of our carefully selected roots.

However, the real breakthrough came when our search for the finest ingredients led us deep into the Peruvian rainforest. Here, we discovered a small farming collective practicing biodynamic agriculture—a method we quickly recognized as not just organic but "organic plus." In the standard juice industry, a prevailing issue is the widespread use of processing methods that significantly reduce the nutritional value and natural integrity of the juice. Many juices undergo pasteurization and are filled with additives, preservatives, and excessive amounts of added sugars, straying far from their original, healthful form.

Our Elixirs are crafted with a commitment to purity, transparency, and potency. We ensure our product is straightforward and transparent by prioritizing minimal processing and high-quality biodynamic ingredients without pesticides. This transparency extends through our entire production and marketing process, allowing consumers to understand what they consume and its potential effects on their metabolism. Centrifugation, while quick and easy, often results in lower yield and nutrient density due to heat development and oxidation. Plate pressing offers a cold-pressed alternative with decent quality, yet it doesn't match the efficiency of our chosen method: mastication.

Mastication, our extraction method at Functional Future, is superior. It presses and finely grinds plant fibers, making nutrients more accessible and vastly improving extraction efficiency. This approach is further validated by the Korea Advanced Food Research Institute, which found that our mastication technology extracts nutrients 3 – 7 times more effectively than other methods. We recommend taking one to two dosages (2 cl) a day with a meal. Either undiluted or mixed with water, tea, juice, or smoothie. We recommend that you start by diluting the shot. Store in the fridge (maximum 8°C). Best used within 3 weeks after opening.
