The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller by email (kontakt@functionalfuture.dk) or telephone, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, with reference to the order number. We will refund the purchase within 14 days of receiving the information.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging when we receive the return package.

* By purchasing a subscription, you agree that you are aware of the taste profile of our products, and we will not refund unless there are errors or deficiencies in the product.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior that has caused the defect. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely.

Delivery policy

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

Shipping costs from 39 kr.

When you order, we ship on Monday and Wednesday (12 noon). We deliver within 1 to 2 business days with home delivery.

If you are not at home, your package will be safely left outside your door or sent to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a text message or email from our transport provider when your package is on its way.

Should a package get lost en route, we reserve the right to spend up to 1 week, in collaboration with our transport supplier to search and find the package.

In the event of incorrect delivery information or resending a package, we reserve the right to charge new shipping costs.

PACKAGES ABROAD:

When shipping abroad, the shipping price can be seen during the order process.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES IN THE PARCELS SHOP:

If your package is sent to a parcel shop - remember to pick it up the same day or as soon as possible to preserve the shelf life of the products.

Personal data will be used to complete your order and support your user experience on the webshop. Functional Future ApS sells dietary supplements and foods and subscriptions to these. The terms and conditions apply between the individual user and Functional Future ApS.

ORDER:

Select the items and quantity you want and add them to the shopping cart. Confirm that all information is correct and approve the order by paying. Your order is completed when your payment is approved and your screen shows a receipt. You are then bound by your order and will subsequently receive an order confirmation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT:

All prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to make corrections, typographical errors and out-of-stock items.
All card information is handled in accordance with the card organizations' rules. We accept: Dankort, VISA and Mastercard and MobilePay.
When purchasing digital products, the amount is deducted immediately.
When purchasing physical products, the amount is only deducted once the item has been shipped.
We do not charge card fees.

CARD INFORMATION AND SECURITY:

When you shop at functionalfuture.dk you must use a payment card. To protect your card information, when you enter your card information, you will be taken to a payment page provided by NETS A/S, which is certified to handle payment data. NETS A/S ensures that all information is processed encrypted, so that neither functionalfuture.dk nor others can access your card information.

WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION:

There is a minimum period of three purchases in the subscription. This means that you are committed to your first purchase and two subsequent purchases. After that, you are free to cancel the subscription, switch between products, pause it or skip a delivery.

You can manage your subscription under 'My Account', where you can also update your card details. The amount will be automatically deducted at the interval you have chosen until you cancel it. You will receive a receipt by email after each delivery.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct when registering. When registering, the User may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

If the User suspects illegal use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify Functional Future ApS and change their password.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

When you have completed a purchase on functionalfuture.dk, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your email inbox. If you do not receive it, it may be in your spam filter. Please keep your order confirmation as it serves as your documentation in case a complaint is necessary.

PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR:

Functional Future ApS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

When you shop with us, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We register your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you and possibly communicate with you via email in connection with changes or important information.

The personal data is registered with Functional Future ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data controller is Functional Future ApS. 

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.

All rights to products belong to Functional Future ApS. When purchasing, for example, digital products, you only obtain a license to use the purchased product, as stated under the product in question.

Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or try first, pay later. This cancellation policy describes how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you have selected. Please note that the subscription has a minimum period of three purchases, meaning you are committed to your first purchase and two subsequent purchases.

Your payment information is stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue after the first three purchases, you must cancel the subscription yourself.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not yet in stock. We may not charge you a deposit or a partial deposit at checkout, save your payment method, and prepare and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been prepared. If the order has been prepared, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
