Terms and Conditions
REFUND POLICY:
The right of withdrawal allows you to cancel your purchase without stating a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the item, either by email (ordre@functionalfuture.dk) or by phone, referencing the order number. We will refund the purchase within 14 days of receiving the information.
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging when we receive the return package. We cannot refund packages with chilled goods that have not been collected in due time, as described in the terms and conditions.
* When purchasing a subscription, you agree that you are familiar with the taste profile of our products, and we will not issue a refund unless there are errors or defects in the product.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN:
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 24-month right to complain applies to all goods. This right means that as a customer, you can complain about faults and defects in the product that have arisen up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that caused the defect. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely.

Delivery Policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:
Shipping costs start from DKK 39.
We ship Monday through Thursday every week. All orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched the same day. We deliver within 2 to 3 business days with home delivery. If you place your order after 10 AM, it will be included in the next delivery day's shipment.
If you are not home, your package will be safely left outside your door or sent to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an SMS or email from our transport provider when your package is on its way.
Should a package go missing during transit, we reserve the right to take up to 1 week, in cooperation with our transport provider, to search for and locate the package.
In case of incorrect delivery information or re-sending a package, we reserve the right to charge new shipping costs.
PACKAGES ABROAD:
For international shipments, the shipping price can be seen during the order process.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES AT PARCEL SHOP:
If your package is sent to a parcel shop – please remember to pick it up the same day or as soon as possible to maintain the shelf life of the products. We do not replace chilled goods that are not collected from a parcel shop.
Privacy Policy
Personal data will be used to process your order and support your user experience on the webshop. Functional Future ApS sells nutritional supplements and food products, and subscriptions for these. These terms and conditions apply between the individual user and Functional Future ApS.

ORDERING:
Select the desired items and quantities and add them to your shopping cart. Confirm that all information is correct and approve the order by making payment. Your order is complete once your payment is approved and your screen displays a receipt. You are then bound by your order and will subsequently receive an order confirmation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
All prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT.
We reserve the right for typographical errors, misspellings, and sold-out items.
All card details are handled in accordance with the rules of card organizations. We accept: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
For digital product purchases, the amount is charged immediately.
For physical product purchases, the amount is charged only when the item has been shipped.
We do not charge card fees.
CARD INFORMATION AND SECURITY:
When you shop at functionalfuture.dk, you must use a payment card. To protect your card information, when you enter card details, you will be redirected to a payment page provided by NETS A/S, which is certified to handle payment data. NETS A/S ensures that all information is processed encrypted, so neither functionalfuture.dk nor others can access your card information.
WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION:
There is a minimum period of three purchases in the subscription. This means that you commit to your first purchase as well as two subsequent purchases. After this, you are free to cancel the subscription, switch between products, pause it, or skip a delivery.
Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their period. If you do not wish to continue after the first three purchases, you must cancel the subscription yourself.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct upon registration. When registering, the User may only provide information pertaining to their own payment and credit cards.
If the User suspects unauthorized use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify Functional Future ApS and change their password.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once you have completed a purchase on functionalfuture.dk, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your email inbox. If you do not receive it, it may be in your spam filter. Please save your order confirmation, as it serves as your documentation if a complaint becomes necessary.
PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR PERSONAL DATA REGULATION:
Functional Future ApS processes personal data in accordance with personal data law.
When you shop with us, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register your personal data to be able to deliver the goods to you and potentially communicate with you via email in connection with changes or important information.
Personal data is registered with Functional Future ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data. The data controller is Functional Future ApS.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared. If the order has been prepared, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
