Organic/Biodynamic Beef Bone Broth
Organic / BiodynamicOur Bone Broth is a nutritious and flavorful experience, made with minimal processing & naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, with added vegetables and herbs for a delicious and balanced taste. This makes it an ideal choice for consumers who value quality and sustainability.
What is the difference between biodynamic and organic?
Organic beef bone broth
Production without pesticides, artificial fertilizers, and unnecessary additives. Organic farming focuses on the environment, animal welfare, and biodiversity, working to create a more natural balance in cultivation.
Premium biodynamic beef bone broth
A regenerative agricultural practice that builds upon organic principles. The farm is seen as a complete ecosystem where soil, plants, animals, and humans interact. Crop rotation, compost preparations, and nature's rhythms – often in tune with sun and moon cycles – are used to restore soil fertility and create raw ingredients with high vitality and nutritional value.
The taste is carefully balanced between vegetables, herbs, salt, and umami. The salt content of our Bone Broth is the lowest on the Danish market. For our biodynamic bone broth, we receive marrow bones from "Hedeagergaard", which consists of free-range and grass-fed cattle.

3rd party tested
Transparency is part of our DNA. That's why our bone broth is 3rd-party tested by independent laboratories such as ALS Global to ensure purity, quality, and verified content.
Our broth contains no additives, fillers, binders, or flavour enhancers – only what naturally belongs in an authentic bone broth product.
Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in our broth as part of the gentle bone broth process – without enzymatic or chemical isolation.
The ingredients are certified organic and come from grass-fed, free-range animals from Nordic farms with a focus on animal welfare and regenerative agriculture.
Each serving contains a high, natural collagen content (5.7g per 100mL) as a result of minimal processing and a gentle cooking process that preserves functionality.
The product contains a natural combination of collagen types, type 1, 2 and 3, derived from the bone broth raw material.

Organic / biodynamic
Our bone broths are available in either organic or biodynamic versions. Common to both is that we use no additives and they have the same nutritional content.

Nutrition
Our bone broth is made from beef and marrow bones and has a naturally high protein content. We keep the recipe simple and balanced, so you get a pure broth with a deep flavour, without it becoming too salty. Use it as a warm drink or as a base in cooking.

Grass-fed cattle
We use grass-fed, Nordic cattle, focusing on raw material quality and traceability. This results in a broth where you know what you're getting: a short ingredient list, pure ingredients, and a process without unnecessary additives.
