At Functional Future, we have chosen to offer beef liver as a standalone product because it is one of the most nutrient-dense foods found in nature. Our beef liver comes from Nordic, free-range cattle that are 100% grass-fed and organically certified. Liver is a nutrient-rich, food-based source – packed with bioactive vitamins and minerals in easily absorbable form. Therefore, it is an effective way to supplement Vitamin A and B12 in natural form.
That's why beef liver is also the main ingredient in our Organ Matrix, which combines several nutrient-dense organs in one product. Many of our customers start with Organ Matrix but later choose to supplement or focus specifically with beef liver as a standalone supplement – especially if they want to contribute to normal skin, vision, energy metabolism, and immune system (see product label for approved claims).
Freeze-drying preserves nutrients
The raw materials are freeze-dried immediately after slaughter to preserve both micronutrients and biological activity. Freeze-drying is a gentle method where the organs are carefully frozen and then vacuum-converted into powder – without the use of heat or additives. This ensures maximum preservation of (1, 2, 3):

Can it be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women?
It may be relevant due to B12 – but should always be assessed individually with a professional, as vitamin A should not be overdosed.
How does it taste?
The product is tasteless capsules.
Usage:
8 capsules once daily or 4 capsules twice daily.
Should be taken with a meal. If you choose to take 4 capsules twice daily, it is recommended to spread them over at least two meals to optimize absorption. The product contains 25 daily doses. The reason for the relatively high daily dose is that the capsules are small and contain nutrients in a so-called "food state" – meaning from whole, natural sources. Therefore, a slightly larger amount is required to achieve the desired effect.

Storage & shelf life
Store dry at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Unopened, the shelf life upon delivery is 1.5 - 2 years depending on the production date. Shelf life of 180 days after opening. For the sake of our environment, please recycle the container.
