What do the numbers mean in practice?
Liver is very rich in retinol. Raw beef liver contains very high levels per 100g. In capsules, this is naturally scaled down to a safe, specified daily dose.
B12 is significantly higher in liver than in other organs. It contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to reducing fatigue.
Heme iron from offal is absorbed significantly better than non-heme iron from plants. This makes a difference if you want to support your iron status.
Organ matrix provides slightly lower amounts per nutrient but adds layers of natural co-factors. Heart is a clear source of CoQ10, kidney for certain B vitamins, pancreas for enzymes.
