Our Organic & Grass-fed Beef Liver is made from Nordic cattle, raised on free-range, regenerative pastures.
The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process, which preserves the nutrients in their natural and bioactive form (1, 2, 3). It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5, and B12), and copper – micronutrients that the body easily absorbs.
Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal vision, skin, immune system, and iron metabolism. Vitamin B12 and riboflavin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid aids in the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and certain neurotransmitters. Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the transport of iron in the body.
