The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process that preserves nutrients in their natural and bioactive form ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) . It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5, and B12), and copper—micronutrients that are easily absorbed by the body.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin, immune system and iron metabolism. Vitamin B12 and riboflavin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
